Whitefish Dunes State Park

This Door County Park offers a combination of natural features: rugged Lake Michigan shoreline, dense upland forest, shoreline on an interior lake, a winding creek with wetlands, and the highest sand dunes in Wisconsin. The CD-Rom offers information about the park's hiking trails, beach, picnic areas, park geology and wildlife, Nature Center, and nearby cave Point County Park. Included is a printable map of the park, with photos of the parks's scenic dunes, including "Old Baldy"- the largest in the park at 93 feet; trail photos; the beach and observation platform; picnic shelter; the Native American Village Site; and the cliffs along Cave Point.
