There are three picnic areas in the Brule River State Forest. The one at the mouth of the Brule overlooks Lake Superior and is the most scenic. There are photos of the beach and boat landing here, along with information about the Brule River Natural Area. Also reviewed is Siskuit falls, a series of beautiful cascades (photo) along the Siskuit River near Cornucopia, and scenic Lake Nebagamon, with photos of the public beach and boat landing. There is also information about Wisconsin Point with its excellent views of Lake Superior and the entry lighthouse.
