Potawatomi State Park
Potawatomi, on the shore of Sturgeon Bay just northwest of the city of Sturgeon Bay, has gently rolling upland terrain bordered by steep slopes and rugged limestone cliffs.
More than 1,000 acres with two miles of scenic Green Bay shoreline and a full range of outdoor activities make this park a favorite with campers and year-round visitors. The CD-Rom offers a review of the park campground, with ten photos of recommended campsites, including the handicapped-accessible cabin. Included are printable maps of the park and campground area, with photos of boat launch area, fishing pier, Ice Age Trail, Sturgeon Bay from the Hemlock Trail, Tower Trail views including a sunset over Green Bay, Sawyer Bay viewed from the observation tower, and the shoreline of Sturgeon Bay. There is information about the park's hiking trails, observation tower, swimming and water recreation, wildlife, and other nearby outdoor recreational areas.
