Copper Falls State Park
Copper Falls State Park is the center of "Waterfall Country" in Wisconsin. Not only does it have several impressive waterfalls of its own, but it is close to many other notable Wisconsin waterfalls, and makes a great base camp from which to explore them all. On the CD-Rom you will find a review of Copper Falls two campgrounds, with photos of nine of the recommended campsites, and a photo of the handicapped-accessible cabin. There are printable maps of the Park and Campground, with photos of the waterfalls, the Three Bridges Nature Trail, and the beach on Loon Lake (yes, there really are loons here). Included is information about the scenic hiking trails in the park, the waterfalls and their geology, wildlife, and fishing opportunities.
