Chequamegon National Forest - Chippewa Campground - Miller Dam Rec. Area

The Chippewa campground is composed of four loops along the eastern shore of the Chequamegon Water Flowage (Miller Dam Flowage) - actually a 2,714-acre lake - under a heavy canopy of mixed hardwood and pine trees. The CD-Rom features a review of the campground, with photos of five of the recommended campsites, many of which have nice lake-views. There are photos of the beach, boat launch, and fishing pier, and information about the nearby Miller Dam Recreational Area, with photos of the dam on the yellow River, its beach and boat ramp.
